About Us

Avon Elementary School (AES) prepares PreK through 5th-grade students to be active, caring, lifelong learners who demonstrate respect for themselves and others and have the capacity to participate in the world around them. AES is a dual language school, meaning students are taught literacy and content in two languages. Dual Language programs foster bilingualism and biliteracy. Avon Elementary School is also home to the district’s in-school health clinic, which provides free or reduced cost health and dental care.
